The Organizational Culture Inventory provides a picture of an organization’s operating culture in terms of the behaviors that members believe are expected or implicitly required. By guiding the way in which members approach their work and interact with one another, these ‘behavioral norms’ determine the organization’s capacity to solve problems, adapt to change, and perform effectively.

Organizational Effectiveness Inventory® (OEI)

A research-based alternative to employee engagement and opinion surveys, the Organizational Effectiveness Inventory is appropriate for data-based change programs designed to promote not only employee engagement, but organizational effectiveness as well. The OEI assesses 32 levers for cultural change as well as 12 outcomes of culture.

Leadership/Impact® (L/I)

Leadership/Impact is a 360 degree assessment that provides leaders with targeted feedback on their leadership strategies and impact on others, and thus, the culture they create. L/I is ideal for executives, key-level managers, and others in strategic leadership positions.

Management/Impact® (M/I)

Based in Switzerland, Inspire Coaching are a certified practitioner to administer and roach with RocheMartin Emotional Capital Report (ECR).

This powerful assessment tool helps you understand your current level of emotional intelligence, how to build on your strenghts and how to prepare for future success.

By completing a 77-item online assessment, your report is then sent to Inspire Coaching for a two-hour coaching session. Emotional Intelligence can be learned as a skill.

We also run one day workshops on Emotional Intelligence, where leaders can understand tthe nature of emotional intelligence and develop their own to become stronger leaders.
